Raising Cane’s (or Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers) is a fast-food restaurant that specializes in chicken fingers. It’s true, they serve chicken fingers! The chicken fingers they serve are also known as chicken tenders. Whatever the case, they’re delicious and the prices on the menu at Raising Cane aren’t too bad also.
The restaurant does not serve any other meals other than chicken fingers, however, they do serve side dishes like fries Texas Toast, and coleslaw. They also have a special sauce, called Cane’s Sauce for dips on the chicken fingers.

Raising Cane’s was founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, by Todd Graves and Craig Silver. Todd Graves had the initial concept of a chicken-finger restaurant in the midst of college, but his professor advised him that it wouldn’t work. He received the same reaction from different banks when he attempted to get the loan.
At present, Raising Cane’s has over 150 locations, and it is expanding. Raising Cane’s is an excellent example of a specialized restaurant that is specialized in a particular food item. It’s unlikely to find any other items on their menu, so If you’re not a fan of Chicken fingers then you are out of luck. The good thing is that the prices at Raising Cane are fairly affordable, and everything they offer is under $10, with the exception of packages that are sized for tailgates.
